Flashback Data Archive on 12.1.0.2?

Sorry if this isn't the best subspace for this question... couldn't find any place specifically about FDA or the like. Is anyone successfully using Flashback Data Archive on a 12c database? Is there any concise list of patches or prerequisites anywhere? I believe I have everything set up correctly, but I'm having all sorts of issues.... from inconsistent flashback query results to invalid SCN_TO_TIMESTAMP mappings to excessive UNDO consumption while altering or truncating FDA-enabled tables to outright ORA-01466 failures. I have an SR open with Oracle Support right now just focused on the SCN_TO_TIMESTAMP conversion issues, but I'm not making
