Sales Order - Promise Date
Hi All,
I have very urgent client requirement as below:
"For the promise date, request be fixed as per the 1st schedule arrival date unchanged even if re-schedule unless the CRD changed"
Can you please help identify how to keep this promise date unchanged when re-schedule happens ?
How this promise date is changing based on Customer PO request date (CRD) ?
Any API's involved ?
Our team identified as below after through analysis:
"If the requirement is to have order line with earlier Customer's PO Request Date (CRD) gets earlier Schedule Ship Date (SSD) when do rescheduling, then Customer Service (CS) have to do unschedule for all relevant order lines firstly and then reschedule for all order lines from earlier CRD to later CRD in order, but by using this approach, it will update the promise date, this is current standard functionality.
