HCM 9.2 Time and Labor: Is there a way to override duration of punches by entering values in Quantit

We are trying to resolve punch time durations fluctuating before and after Time Admin runs.  This is causing employees going back to fix their punches or amount of leave durations they have requested via Absence Management module, after Time Admin runs, which we currently set to run every hour.  Fluctuations happen mainly by the conversion done by system between minutes to a 100th of hour, along with multiple lines of time coded with the same TRC and Combo code consolidated into one line in Payable time, and combination of using elapsed time for leave hours and/or comp time taken coded
