Norwegian letters are printed incorrectly when printing text reports directly from concurrent reques

Hi,

I am having trouble with the printer output for text reports in Oracle EBS (12.2.8) when they are printed directly from the concurrent requests (ex "Aging - 4 Buckets Report"). The Norwegian letters are replaced by other characters. Ex: å = ͰÑ

If I open the output (text report) from the concurrent request first and then print that, the Norwegian letters are printed as expected. Also, when printing PDF reports directly from concurrent request the Norwegian letters are printed as expected.

I have checked the language settings used, and as far as I can see the error doesn't have anything to do with that:
