Shared Services Regenerate Encryption Keys issue

Hello Oracle friends,

Before I continue, let me just point out that I am in no way an Hyperion guru. I inherited this system with little to no documentation from the previous resource. I am figuring things out as I go.

Having said that, I have a bit of a problem that I got myself into. I was troubleshooting an issue where LDAP users were not able to access the Application or Dimension libraries, but the native users could after SSO was implemented through an APM software from our Middleware team. After retracing steps and trying figure out why that was happening, I got desperate and went into the Shared Services console -> Configure User Directories -> Encryption Options and regenerated encryption keys for SSO token, Trusted Services Key, and Provider Configuration Key.
