OEM13c after discovered targets not found services database

Hi team, I have a productive OEM13c, after installing agent 13c on two exadata nodes, the installation without problems, but when trying to perform a discover targets, it does not find the databases

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 2  :OMS 13.2.0.2

Repository: OEM rdbms ( 12.2.0.1.0 )
