Problem starting OVMD after installation on OVM Manager Server (OEL 6.7)

I would very much like to get the Oracle guest additions working to automate some processes we have here at our company. I know very little about the Oracle Guest Additions; I've found some of the official documents and a few blogs though that have been helpful getting started.

So I installed the Oracle Guest Additions on a VM without issue at all. The service starts and seems to be functioning properly. However; when attempting to install the Oracle Guest Additions on out OVM Manager server - I cannot get the service to start. First, I did run into a bit of a dependency problem. But I did manage to resolve it - just for completeness, here was the install isssue:
