Absence Request - Maximum Limit

Hi everyone

We're trying to implement a bereavement policy where an employee can request a max of 40 hours per occurance.

Does anyone know how we may be able to input a maximum hour limit in the forecast formula? I've tried making a new Duration element, a Count element, and a Variable that points to an element, all to no success.

Hopefully someone out there may have an idea!
