End date all Phone Number Entries for Rehired Employees

Good Morning All ~

We have an automated process for on-boarding employees into Oracle Apps via the use of many API's.

We have encountered some cases where employees have more than one phone number entered into our system. One for home and one for cell for example.

I want to end date ALL previous phone number entries and then repopulate the new information into the form. Can we even do this with an API?

I am using the following and it works great when I have just one that is in there. When there is more than one entry it errors.
