9.2 CG - Valid File Extensions For Resumes

PeopleSoft CG URL is configured to restrict type of file that can be uploaded as resumes (DOC ID:2288545.1).

However, upload options include upload from Facebook and Indeed. The format of uploaded file from Indeed is *.HTM.

Delivered File Type Restrictions

As delivered, the URL identifier for Talent Acquisition Manager (HRS_APP_ATCH) does not have any file type restrictions.

As delivered, the URL identifier for Candidate Gateway (HRS_APP_ATCH_CG) uses the delivered file extension list CG_EXTENSION_LIST, which allows only files with these extensions: .doc, .docx, .odt, .pdf, .rtf, and .txt.

Question is - Certain times, the uploaded file from Indeed is stripped away and not available to recruiter. Is there a reason for this issue?
