You cannot enter a credit card refund for this receipt because the receipt has not been remitted
Hello,
We processed a Credit Card Receipt (Standard Receipt) for a customer (applied to invoice)
The receipt is in Confirmed Status.
When we try to process Credit Card Refund - for this receipt - we get below error message
"APP-AR-294155: You cannot enter a credit card refund for this receipt because the receipt has not been remitted"
How can we process refund ?
Any inputs is appreciated.
