Dynamic font size based on condition statement

Hello BI publisher experts,

I have an amount field in my RTF template, that displays as Arial font size 8 which is fine. However, under a condition (see below), I display the text 'Contract Rate' instead of the amount value.

I want the 'Contract Rate' to display as Arial font size 7 instead of 8. How can I do this?
