Siebel DB Servers Configuring in IP 17 Upgrade

Dear Team,

For IP 17 Upgrade

1. Our Upgrade env DB Server is on 12c - which is upgraded from 11g Siebel DB

We are doing Siebel DB migration from 11g to 12c

2. When we do the Database upgrade as part of IP17. - What additional points are to be considered.

whether upgrep , upgphys, repository merge will take care of schema consistency, custom tables...custom LOVs.....etc., are all be still applicable is it so

3. When we go for Siebel Server configuration - we should point to the existing  schema only is it.

Can you please share high level steps
