19c: Tip for CMAN or Connection Manager Download-Custom Installation

There are multiple client download options available now for 19c.  There is a complete base image that is copied to your download target.  This is extracted as a full
client installation and does NOT allow you to run the Oracle Universal Installer for Custom installation.

From the 19c New Features guide:
"Starting with Oracle Database 19c, the Oracle Database client software is available as an image file for download and installation."

You can identify the zip for the client image at OTN like this:  OSxx_193000_client_home.zip
Do NOT download this if you require the custom installation

Connection Manager has been provided on the Client CD for some time now.  It does require that you run a "custom" installation in order to choose the component.
