Upload data to PCMCS application using a flat file in Data Management fails with error as "Cannot Cl

We are trying to upload data to PCMCS application using a flat file in Data Management. The file is getting imported and validated successfully but when we export the file, we are getting an error. On checking the log, the error is "Cannot Clear Partial Data. Essbase Error(1270028): The cube has no data.". The log is very technical in Nature and I need help to resolve this error. For now I am stuck and cannot progress further with this module.
