Slow processing of files at XCenter File Transfer location.

Hi Team,

We are having issues related to the processing speed of promotion mnts deployed in XCenter org1 folder. The customer is sending more than 2K files each day to process in XAdmin and Stores.

Currently, it is processing around 1 files per 2 minute, which are size around 5 - 10 KB.

We know that Xcenter v17  has a property  "autoDrop"  that allows to turn off Xcenter data loading during file auto drop

autoDrop.doNotLoadAutoDroppedFilesIntoXcenter=false

If this property is missing or set to the default value of 'false', Xcenter dataloader will execute for each file as normal.

But we are using v16
