E1:PO Approval not send email after change link in P9654A

Dear Expert ,

     Purchase Order Approval transactions and configuration have been tested on JPY920 environment. When added, the JDE Workflow sent email with "Workflow Approval" as a link in email body but it pointed to http://xxx.xx.xx.xxx:83/.........which is not goes to JPY920.

     So the CNC admin managed it by changed to port 82 using the application P9654A and restart JDE Enterprise Server. The problem is that ,make test again the JDE Workflow didn't send any email. Nothing has changed but just the JAS Link and rebounce Ent Server.

     Anything else we have missed please.
