We are trying to enroll employees in to Performance plan through Performance Management Plan Adminis

We are trying to enroll 2 employees in to Performance Plan through Performance Management Plan --> Administration tasks but getting error like "Already Enrolled" in the log file:

I have checked Per_appraisals table and these employees doesn't exist. Appreciate your inputs please.
