Use mousewheel to scroll through navigator list of responsibilities does not work in 12.2.8

Hi,

In  release 12.2.8, scrolling through the navigator list of responsibilities does not work. The only way to navigate through the list seems to be the highlighted buttons:

Is there a way to use the mousewheel again the way it worked in previous versions?
