[INS-32123] excution of 'GI install'script failed on nodes: [<node>]

Am trying to install grid infrastruture 12c on a clustered node.

and I keep getting this error.  anyone that can help with this?

Cause - Installer has failed to execute the specified script on one or more nodes. This might be because of exception occurred while executing the script on nodes.  Action - Review the log files '/oraInventory/logs/GridSetupActions2019-08-21_05-11-46PM/gridSetupActions2019-08-21_05-11-46PM.log' and '<Oracle Base>/crsdata/<nodename>/crsconfig/rootcrs_<nodename>_<timestamp>.log' for further details.  More Details

Execution of GI Install script is failed on nodes : [crake]  Exception details  - PRCZ-2010 : Failed to execute command "/crs/app/12.2.0.1/grid/root.sh" using 'sudo' from location "/usr/bin/sudo" as user "oracle" within 7,200 seconds on nodes "crake"
