How to set Outline View as default for all the Workbooks?

Hi,

After patching with update styles, the default view has been set to 'Block View' for all the workbooks. If I want to see it in 'Outline View', I have to make changes and save it for everyone. This process is tedious as I have to do for each and every worksheet and workbook. Can you please suggest how 'Outline View' be set as default for every workbook and worksheet? Is it possible through the configuration/maintenance setting?

RPAS version is 13.4.29
