SOE not working in EBS

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Experts,

I am not able to view the statement of earnings(SOE) in EBS for Indian Localization. After running the Quickpay i am trying to view the SOE but i am getting an error like please contact your Administrator. Please guide me how can we able to view the statement of earnings.if anyone having SOE setups for indian localization please share.
