Can a Rules File in EAS Limit the Data Loaded from a File?

Hello,

We have an EAS rules file that we use to load a data file from another cube. This file includes level 0 Income Statement and Balance Sheet Accounts, as pictured below. I know I can select or reject specific account members, but there are too many account members to list them all. Can I specify to only allow level 0 Income Statement accounts, so the Balance Sheet accounts are ignored, and where in the rule editor can I do this?
