Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Does separate remittance advice email takes from supplier site level or supplier level

Hello All,

Separate Remittance Advice Emial details are not available at supplier site level where as they are available at supplier level.

when sending SRA, does it consider the details available at supplier level? or details need to be available at site level?

if it considers only site, why they have those details at supplier level?
