SPC for A7.3 JDE World

I have a client (Golden Oil Company) that is running A7.3 JDEdwards World.  They are getting an error that their software is about to expire in 10 days.  I have gone to the SPC website and generated a new SPC but it still does not work.  What do I need to do?
