Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Settlement Pay

Company wants to issue a settlement with net pay of $100K and the following criteria:

1. Company will be responsible for taxes - FWT, FICA, FMHI

2. Not subject to PERS and other deductions and benefits

3. Employee Tax Withholding of Married 0

What would be the best process for this?
