application errors "Session Expired :Please log in again"

Hi,

for one user when he tries to connect to the application through URL he is able to log in and work for 10 min and suddenly he gets an error:

Session Expired: Please log in again

I checked in dba_audit trail table and it shows for that user action was taken to clean up his session.

LOGOFF BY CLEANUP-- I can see more than 10 entries on a single day for this user.

so I checked the profile in which the user is and the profiles session limit is set as UNLIMITED. which is correct.

can anyone please help in the right path here to resolve this issue.
