Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. error when querying Purchase order number

hi guys

i am trying to query the purchase order that i have been given by given by a user on our ORG.

when i query the purchase order it gives me the following error.

please see error below.

please assist as i haven't came across this error before.
