9.2 TAM - Resume Parsing

Has anyone implemented Burning Glass - Lens/XRay for Resume parsing? We use Talemetry, however, its resume parsing is causing multiple issues that cannot be replicated (Resume not attached, No answers being saved)?

Also, parsing of resumes is a hit or miss with frequent timeouts.
