BY21 MITBCD Map Files

8/23/2019 - Initial publication of the map files.  Please note that the Final_300b_Output.xsl file has been updated from the BY20 version to accommodate the addition of the project metric requirement.

8/26/2019 - updated the projectName and activityName ndoes to be populated using the categories "MITBCD: Project Name" and "MITBCD: Activity Name" instead of using the subitem's name.

9/6/2019 - the Final_300b_Output.xsl file has been updated to include Project Name, Project Goal, Activity Name, and Activity Description for a non-rebaseline submission.  After the window for annual submission closes, this file will be updated to not include those data elements and the rebaseline check validations will be updated to include them as well
