JDE Real Estate Management - Move In/Out Analysis

I was wondering if anyone has developed or found a delivered reporting process within JDE EnterpriseOne to provide Move In/Out Analytics from the REM module.   As a very simple example, we would like to see "lost revenue" in turnover time by unit.
