BOL number not getting extracted in EDI DSNO file

Hi

We are in situation that sometimes BOL number doesnt get captured in DSNO file. Looks like even though BOL number is present during shipment still DSNO doesnt capture it.

Not sure what is causing this issue. Probably after shipment or DSNO generation, BOL number is getting generated and that is why BOL number is not present in DSNO file.

Please advise
