Will the RMAN command "drop database including backups" remove "keep forever" backups in the RMAN ca

Trying to prevent critical a RMAN backup from mistakenly being dropped if someone issues a RMAN "drop database including backups" command by utilizing the RMAN "backup ...keep forever" or "backup ...keep until <time>" option on a backup.

Unsure if a "drop database including backups" command will remove the backup regardless of an "backup ...keep"  option being executed previously.
