Upgrades from r12.1.3 to r12.2.5

Hi Experts,

1.Do we need to run tums utility on existing R12.1.3 instance before upgrade to R12.2?

2.Where can we find high priority patches to apply on existing r12.1.3?

3.Is it required to run SLA preupgrade program when upgrading from r12.1.3 to r12.2.5?

4.From you experience,can you plz let us know how many patches you would have applied for upgrade from r12.1.3 to R12.2(approx)?

5.Is it required to design special concurrent manager queues during this upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5
