"CollectAssetList" of ISS Promotion Management Service is Not Working when calling from Inbound Webs

Hi All,

We are trying to create a modify order with all the existing bundles under the particular promotion in the asset structure. When we are doing this from UI by clicking on Modify button, all the bundles along with promotion line items are created in the Modify order. Same thing when we are trying to do from an inbound webservice call, is not happening. We checked that the issue is with CollectAssetList method of  ISS Promotion Management Service. While it is fetching correct set of records when invoked from UI, it is not fetching any records when we are invoking it
