Receiving goods without Cost

JDE 9.2. Cost method - weighted average. Create warehouse process.

Several Vendors delivered goods to warehouse with transport document contains only Item and quantity. Invoice (with correct Price) delivered later. Where not more room is needed move goods to Locations. Standart warehouse use Putaway with LPN, where is needed receive goods in JDE for use automatical suggestions for place in Locations.

How possible receive these goods for not make uncorrect Cost, if this goods exist in warehouse?

I found two solutions

1) switch off "Update Average Cost On-line", but this is System Constants.

2) Other more complex - Receive, make LPN, create Putaway Request and get Suggestions and - Reverse receipt. Then place goods in locations (use 3th software) and receive again. But this not simple...
