SQL Performance (MOSC)

One of the application sql is running fine in 1st node of 3 Node RAC and same sql is running poorly

Hi, the version of the database is 11204 and it is 3 node RAC database, it is people soft Oracle databases and one of the SQL is running fine when it hits Node1 and but performing poorly when it hits with two other nodes.
