Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi, I have a 12 cores of Oracle database license.

I want to restrict Prod environment to only 8 cores and use the remaining 4 cores on UAT.

How it is possible, is there any initialization parameter?
