Siebel IP2017 - Linux OS Server - Enabled Firewall

Dear Team,

New Environment, Installed Siebel IP2017 Patch 12  Enterprise servers on Redhat Linux Server 7.6 (OS). Its a 3 servers installation, 1 - AI,  1- SES and 1 - DB server.

Have try to enable the firewall on Both AI & SES Server (Red Hat Linux). Not able to access application after enabled firewall getting following error:

[ERROR] 2019-08-26 16:23:14.383 [https-jsse-nio-9001-exec-1] CommonLogger - com.siebel.swsm.store.ConfigStore:getConnString Unable to fetch connect string from cloud gateway.Check system configuration and network connection status

[ERROR] 2019-08-26 17:10:30.373 [https-jsse-nio-9001-exec-13] CommonLogger - com.siebel.swsm.store.ConfigStore:getConnString Error in fetching CG connectionString from CGUri : No route to host Retrying Count: 1
