How to access the domain and workbooks using retail cloud?

How can I setup classic client/fusion client to access the domain built using the starter kit of RPAS application cloud. To elaborate, Can I access the RPAS Cloud domain on my windows machine and do some hands-on before deploying it on the cloud.
