Page and Field configurator

I am using Page and Field Configurator to hide some fields and also trying to default values using define criteria.  When using job data table, I select job info primary page and only see 6 fields to select from in Define Criteria section.  Why are the additional fields not visible to use as criteria?  I have applied all available updates through Image 31.
