Managing Sales Commissions

We are currently managing sales commissions for our sales representatives through some secondary processes. We want to look into automating these processes in JDE if possible, but need to know if there is a Sales Commissions module? I have tried to research and find it, but am not sure if it exists or to what degree.

We have a specific business case that needs to be addressed:

Periodically we will either have a salesperson retire, leave the company, merge, or maybe add a new territory. The issue with this is that the salesperson responsible for the original territory, and subsequent customers, that is being changed will lose visibility of all sales that occurred before the change, i.e. all customer sales will be given to the new salesperson.
