Terminating Leave Plans and Comp Plans in PSoft HCM 9.2
Hello all,
I'm hoping someone out there has a business process suggestion for the following.
1.We use Base Benefits. When an employee is terminated in Job Data by an HR Coordinator, they would also terminate the employee's Leave Plans and Comp Plans. The termination date on these would be future dated, outside of the current pay period, so as not to affect the current pay processing. Our Payroll department has indicated that even with a future dated termination row on the employee's Leave Plans and Comp Plans, their benefit deductions for their last pay don't get calculated and deducted from the employee's pay cheque. Why is this the case? Why doesn't PeopleSoft take into consideration
