How to change number format in Payables Dashboard (Enterprice Command Center)

Since there is no Community Space for ECC-Enterprice Command Center I am asking this question in AP, for Payables Dashboard.

The AP Dashboards display all amount fields in US format, i.e. decimal point is . and thousand seperator is ,
