Has a performance issue of Real Time Rules resolved?

Hi,

We are considering turning on "real time rules" with "apply rules" button, but we were warned one of our contractors regarding having terrible performance issue if we were to use it.

I've seen a few tickets and Oracle released a patch to it.  Has it been completely resolved?

If you are using Real Time Rules, please share your experiences with us.


We are a size of 2500 employees, 1600 regular and 900 temps.
