LDAP configuration via SMC in IP19.7

Hi All,

We are working on Configuring via SMC. Database authentication was successful.  Now working on setting up LDAP via Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) Authentication

However, LDAP profile configuration was failing during "Submit".

We are using exact same parameters for one of our IP16 environments but the unable to submit profile. Are there any pre-requisite steps to make LDAP work via SMC/IP17+ ?

It is a straightforward process to setup LDAP earlier. I dont even see any detailed logs except generic errors in cloudgateway. where can I find/how to  get detailed logs?

Any other steps other than providing the following params?
