I am Installing Oracle database 12c win64bit Client on my a windows 64bit workstation and I am having this error:

OUI-10022:The target area C:\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\citil\finware\LO1\Processes\FEPISCS  cannot be used because it is in an invalid state.
