One EBS 12.2.5 CT is getting error while running the Payment Processing Report (PPR).

In the execution of the conc request for PPR , the output file of the shows the xml file was created:

One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

But in the OPP log file, output file size is reported as zero along with "Invalid UTF8" error.

Caused by: java.io.UTFDataFormatException: Invalid UTF8 encoding.

Any help in this error?
