How can we articulate tentative (incomplete) transfer credit?

Hello all,

We are rolling out external transfer credit processing in Campus Solutions later this year. We've hit an issue with tentative (incomplete) external coursework. Note: We are using transfer grade per setup on the program.

Our staff need incomplete coursework to articulate into U-M courses without assigning credits earned.

There are two problems:

1) We set up TC rules with a minimum grade point of 2.0 on the incoming course. That means courses with no grade or an incomplete (0 GPA) will not articulate.

2) If we create an "incomplete transfer" grade with 2.0 GPA (to force the articulation) and *no* earned credit, the system articulates that to the predefined transfer credit grade, which does earn credit. It looks like the coursework was completed.
