Auto Invoice Error--> Interface_Line_id does not get Populated
Hi
"Salesperson Required" is turned on in AR and in Projects.
1.) AutoInvoice Import is run from AR:
Errors: You must supply sales credit assignments
for this transaction because the system option Require Salesreps is set to Yes.
2.) Receivables Manager>Control>AutoInvoice>Interface Lines
Errors Exist check box is CHECKED.
Click on "Sales Credits" button ==> Nothing is POPULATED
That is==> Interface_line_id is not Populated on RA_INTERFACE_SALESCREDITS_ALL table.
What would cause this issue?
Any thoughts/ideas are highly appreciated!
